		<description><![CDATA[108 Report-We did it! 108 complete, in 4 sets of 27, with fans humming in the background and gentle music on the IPod. Kelly led us gracefully and patiently as some of us (ahem, me) lost track of our counting. It was fun, and we talked about doing a quarterly happening for solstice/equinox to benefit a good cause, and to contribute to the fluid motion of the participants. There is a bit of soreness in the hamstrings from all the uttanasanas (forward bends), but then it&#039;s also a reminder of the camaraderie and adventure of my first 108.]]></description>
