Why not yoga? It can be an experiment. I’ve been noticing my own changes in viewing the world, in interacting with others, in my own health, as my practice continues. This has meant actually listening to any physical limitations that may be speaking up. When they do, changing my asana practice to not overdo. When I teach, I tend to design a class that reflects what I may need on that day, so that I can teach in a way that is not forced or false. It often is expressed that it’s “exactly” what a student needs.
