As your story unfolds, it might be time to see where yoga fits in. Perhaps it’s been part of your life before, and you’re ready to return. If it’s new to you, know that thousands of years of yogic wisdom are available to you to help you on your path.
When you don’t feel well, when you have low energy, or when you are recovering from a long illness, you may find that you’ve “checked out” of your body. It’s a coping skill, to detach our minds, especially when we’re in pain.

Healing or exploring, we’ll work together to create a yoga sequence that is just for you, and prepare you for your own practice for home or the studio.
